Authorized villa staff and admins only. Public visitors cannot access other guests’ reservation or contact data.
Service providers that host this application (for example hosting and database providers) may process data under our configuration and agreements.
Retention
Financial and stay records may be retained as required for Indonesian tax and hospitality practice. Contact details may be anonymized after a configured retention window when legally permitted.
